In today’s article, we have brought you some examples of company OKRs, i.e. OKR examples that you could use in the operating departments in a top-down approach. The first example deals with an OKR in the area of workplace improvement, the second example presents an OKR in inventory management.
So let’s take a look at the first example of an OKR in the operating area:
OKR Example 1: Working environment
Objective: Improving the workplace in the office
Key Results:
- Organize one team / social event per month
- Buy a sofa
- Ask employees in a survey about their preferences for drinks and snacks
OKR Example 2: Inventory management
Objective: Streamlining the inventory management process
Key Results:
- Determining and forecasting the departments’ resource requirements by the end of the quarter
- Collect data on all surplus quantities ordered in the previous quarter
- Purchase inventory management software by the end of the quarter
