Our motivation
We live in a digital world and we are digitalization professionals – the digitalwinners. Nevertheless, sometimes something analog is very useful.
We love visuals!
We have put our many years of experience and our concentrated practical knowledge from numerous projects involving the introduction of the OKR method in companies and in advising companies on change management, agile team transformation and the development of corporate mission statements (vision, mission, purpose and core values) into illustrations and books.

OKR helps to create clarity about the most important measures in the company at all company levels. This clarity of content is very important. Clarity about process models and processes is also important. What better way to provide this clarity than with posters!
Ensuring clarity
One of our favorite authors, Patrick Lencioni, has identified principles in his book“The Four Principles of an Exceptional Leader” (Wiley Verlag) that should guide organizations in the complex process towards a healthy entrepreneurial culture: among them are two principles that inspired us to develop the OKR posters:
