OKR introductory workshop
The ideal start for the introduction of OKR at management level, in a department or in a pilot team. Participants learn the basics of the OKR method through practical application and experience the OKR way of thinking and philosophy at the same time. Languages: German and English – other languages on request. The workshop can also be used to make a more informed decision as to whether OKR is the right method for your company.
OKR Seminars –
In-house or open
1, 2 or 3-day seminars to learn and experience the OKR method – OKR seminars with a high practical component, for immediate use in practice. The 3-day seminar includes certification as an OKR Coach or Master. The 1-day seminar is also possible in combination with the preceding OKR video course. Languages: German and English – other languages on request. In the case of in-house seminars, the agenda can be adapted to suit your needs and we can respond to your company’s specific requirements.
OKR video trainings
LMS platform with management functions for efficient OKR rollout, also in larger organizations incl. Learning progress reports. This allows your employees to learn OKR anytime, anywhere and at their own pace. Possibility to customize the course, e.g. addition of a company-specific welcome video. Alternatively: uploading the learning videos and quizzes to the company-specific LMS platform. Available languages: German and English – other languages on request.

Two books: The compact book “30 Minuten OK” for quick and easy learning of the basics of the OKR method – the ideal introduction to the OKR world. When introducing a new method, do not underestimate the resistance in the change process, such as the desire of managers and employees to maintain the status quo. Fear of the new and unknown often plays a greater role than the desire for change (resistance to change). Leaving the comfort zone is often perceived as unpleasant and exhausting.
