# Operational OKRs

In today’s article, we have brought you some examples of company OKRs, i.e. [OKR examples](https://okrexperts.com/okr-examples/)
 that you could use in the operating departments in a top-down approach. The first example deals with an OKR in the area of workplace improvement, the second example presents an OKR in inventory management.

So let’s take a look at the first example of an OKR in the operating area:

### OKR Example 1: Working environment

**Objective**: Improving the workplace in the office

**Key Results**:

- Organize one team / social event per month

- Buy a sofa

- Ask employees in a survey about their preferences for drinks and snacks

- Purchase inventory management software by the end of the quarter
